YOU DON’T HAVE TO HAVE A GOOD DAY TO MOVE FORWARD

Let’s be honest…
A lot of people think progress means finally feeling better.
Like one day you’ll wake up motivated, clear, and ready to move forward again.
But grief doesn’t usually work like that.
Sometimes you still feel tired.
Heavy.
Emotional.
And because of that, you assume:
“Today’s probably not a good day.”
But what if progress isn’t about having a good day?
What if it’s simply about taking one small step… even on the hard days?
Because healing isn’t built in giant moments.
It’s built quietly.
One step.
One decision.
One moment at a time.
I remember someone once saying,
“I keep waiting until I feel more like myself before I start moving forward.”
But the truth was…
movement was actually part of how they started finding themselves again.
And maybe that’s where you are right now.
Waiting to feel ready.
Waiting to feel stronger.
Waiting for the heaviness to fully lift first.
But maybe your next step doesn’t require a perfect day.
Maybe it just requires willingness.
I unpack this in today’s short video.
Even small steps still count.
From the valley to the victory…
keep moving forward.
