Can 30 Days Really Make a Difference in Your Grief?

July 19, 20264 min read

If you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’ve seen my new 30-Day Healing Experience and you’re asking yourself a very honest question:

Can 30 days really make a difference in my grief?

It’s a fair question.

After all, grief isn’t something that disappears overnight. It doesn’t follow a timetable, and it certainly can’t be fixed with a quick solution. If you’ve been carrying the weight of loss for weeks, months, or even years, the idea that thirty days could make a difference might sound unrealistic.

So let me answer that question honestly.

No, thirty days won’t erase your grief.

It won’t make you forget the person you love.

It won’t remove every painful memory or guarantee that you’ll never have another difficult day.

But thirty days can do something incredibly important.

It can change your direction.

One of the biggest myths about grief is that time heals all wounds. We’ve all heard it said, and while time certainly has a role to play, I’ve discovered through years of walking alongside grieving people that time alone isn’t enough.

Many people wait. They hope. They try to stay busy. They convince themselves that one day they’ll wake up and somehow feel different. Yet months pass. Sometimes years. And they still feel stuck.

The problem isn’t that they’re weak. The problem isn’t that they’re broken. The problem is that they’ve been waiting for healing to happen instead of intentionally taking steps toward it.

Grief has a way of pressing pause on life.

You stop making plans because the future feels uncertain. You stop dreaming because your heart has been shattered. You avoid social gatherings because it’s easier than answering the question, “How are you doing?”

Slowly, almost without noticing, survival becomes your normal. And when survival becomes normal, it’s easy to believe that this is simply how life will always be. But I don’t believe that’s the end of your story.

Healing rarely arrives through one life-changing moment. More often, it comes through small, consistent steps that gradually rebuild your confidence, your hope, and your belief that life still has purpose.

Think about climbing a mountain. If all you do is stare at the summit, it feels impossible. The distance is overwhelming. The climb looks too hard. Most people would give up before they even begin. But experienced hikers don’t focus on the summit. They focus on the next step. Then the next. And before they know it, they’ve climbed a mountain they once thought was impossible.

Healing works much the same way. You don’t have to know what the next twelve months look like. You don’t have to have every answer. You don’t have to feel strong every day. You simply need to take the next step.

That’s exactly why I created the 30-Day Healing Experience.

Not because I believe thirty days magically fixes grief. But because thirty days gives you something many grieving people have never had... a simple pathway forward.

Every day you’ll receive one short lesson designed to help you better understand your grief. Every day you’ll take one practical action that helps you move forward, no matter how small that step may seem. There won’t be hours of videos to watch. There won’t be overwhelming homework. There won’t be pressure to “get over it.”

Instead, you’ll simply be encouraged to take one intentional step each day. Because that’s how lasting change happens. One step becomes another. Small victories begin building confidence. Confidence creates momentum. Momentum begins changing your outlook.

And slowly, often before you even realise it, you’re no longer standing where you once were. You’re moving.

One of the biggest mistakes people make is believing they need to feel motivated before they take action. In reality, action often comes first.

A short walk can lift your spirits. A conversation with a trusted friend can bring hope. Writing down your thoughts can quiet the noise in your mind. One simple decision can become the turning point that leads to another. Movement creates momentum. Not the other way around.

Maybe you’re wondering whether this experience is right for you. If your loss happened years ago, the answer is yes. Healing isn’t measured by the calendar. Some people begin healing weeks after loss. Others don’t begin until years later. The important thing isn’t when you start. The important thing is that you do.

Perhaps you’re thinking, “I’m not sure I’m ready.” You don’t have to feel completely ready. You simply need to be willing to take one small step. That’s all this journey asks of you. One step today. Another tomorrow. Then another the day after that.

If you’ve been waiting for the perfect moment to begin moving forward, perhaps this is it. Not because thirty days will erase your grief. But because thirty days could be the beginning of a new direction.

You don’t have to walk this road alone. I’d love to walk alongside you.

If you’re ready to take your next step, I’d love to invite you to join the 30-Day Healing Experience. Click the banner underneath the video above and start your journey today.

Because healing doesn’t begin when all the pain disappears.

It begins the moment you decide to keep moving forward.

From the valley to victory.
